My story
Chandini's journey into mental health began during her nursing studies in India, when she was posted in a psychiatric hospital for clinical training. That experience changed everything for her. She saw how deeply mental health shapes a person’s emotions, relationships, confidence, and sense of safety. She realized that psychological pain is real — and people need someone who can listen without judgment.
Walking through those wards, seeing people fight silent battles, she felt a spark inside her: “This is the work I’m meant to do.”
Even though her life took many turns after that — moving countries, building her career, and growing through her own experiences — that calling never faded. Psychology always felt natural to her. It was where her curiosity, empathy, and purpose aligned.
Over time, she understood something clearly: Helping people feel safe, heard, and understood is her purpose.
Today, as a psychotherapist, she offers the kind of support she once wished was available everywhere — accessible, gentle, trauma-informed, and stigma-free. She believes healing happens when someone finally feels safe enough to be honest, to feel, and to breathe.
Her belief is simple: You are not too late. You are not too broken. You are not alone. Healing is possible — and she is here to walk with you, one step at a time.
