Orthomolecular support: helping you find balance through individualized nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies that may support energy regulation, stress response, and overall well-being.

Holistic nutrition support: supporting you with nutritional guidance to help promote stable energy, balanced meals, and adequate intake of nutrients that support the body’s stress response system. Nutrition may play a role in energy regulation and resilience and may be one contributing factor in a broader wellness plan.


Hypnosis support: helping you support relaxation, nervous system calming, and improved stress response patterns to promote better recovery from daily stress and improve overall resilience.

Medical supportmedical support from a Nurse Practitioner and naturopathic support from a Naturopathic Doctor to assess contributing factors related to stress, fatigue, and hormonal balance, and provide both clinical and integrative approaches to care.

Psychotherapy support: supporting you to address stress, overwhelm, burnout, and emotional patterns that may affect energy levels and overall well-being.

• CBT: helping identify and shift thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to chronic stress.

• DBT: ssupporting emotional regulation and stress tolerance in high-demand periods.

• EMDR: helping process past stress or experiences that may impact current stress responses.

• EFT (tapping): supporting nervous system regulation and emotional calming.
