Research suggests nutrition may play a role in energy levels, metabolism, and fatigue, and may be one contributing factor in a broader wellness plan.

Hypnosis support: helping you support relaxation, stress reduction, and improved mental energy by working with the mind-body connection, habits, and thought patterns that may influence fatigue and energy levels.

Medical supportmedical support from a Nurse Practitioner and naturopathic support from a Naturopathic Doctor to assess underlying contributors to fatigue, support symptom management, and provide both clinical and integrative approaches to care.

Psychotherapy support: supporting you to cope with the emotional and cognitive impact of chronic fatigue, including low mood, frustration, stress, and adjustment challenges.

• CBT: helping identify and shift thought patterns and behaviours that may contribute to fatigue-related distress and reduced functioning.

• DBT: supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and coping with low energy and overwhelm.

• EMDR: helping process past stressors or experiences that may contribute to chronic stress and fatigue responses.

• EFT (tapping): supporting nervous system regulation and emotional calming when feeling drained or overwhelmed.
