Bipolar disorder

Bipolar disorder,  through the highs and lows, we're here to support you. We can support you with orthomolecular support, holistic nutrition support, hypnosis support, psychotherapy support, medical support, naturopathic support, herbal support & more.

How we support you:

Orthomolecular support: helping you find balance through targeted nutrients, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies depending on the support you're needing. Orthomolecular care may help support mood stability, energy regulation, sleep, and overall nervous system function.

Holistic nutrition support: helping you through nutritional means by ensuring balanced meals, stable blood sugar, and adequate nutrient intake to reduce the risk of deficiencies that may influence mood, energy, and cognitive function. Nutrition can play a supportive role in mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder.

Hypnosis support: helping you support healthy thought patterns, emotional regulation, and nervous system calming. Hypnosis can support grounding, reduce overwhelm, and help shift patterns related to stress, rumination, and emotional intensity.

Medical support: medical support from a Nurse Practitioner and a Naturopathic Doctor to address symptoms, underlying contributors, and overall well‑being through both clinical and natural approaches. This may include assessment, medication management, monitoring mood patterns, and integrative strategies to support stability and daily functioning.

Psychotherapy support: supporting you to understand and manage mood changes, emotional patterns, and thought processes using practical, evidence‑informed therapeutic tools..

• CBT: helping you identify, understand, and change thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to mood shifts, overwhelm, or emotional reactivity.

DBT: supporting emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and coping skills for managing intense emotions, impulsivity, and periods of instability.

EMDR: helping process distressing or stuck experiences that may contribute to emotional triggers, reactivity, or mood fluctuations.

EFT (tapping): supporting nervous system regulation and reducing emotional activation related to stress, overwhelm, or mood shifts.
